§ 22-83. Applicable codes.

Latest version.

The following codes shall be used by the county fire marshal's office:
(1)

National Fire Codes, as amended;

(2)

Official Code of Georgia, Title 25, as amended (O.C.G.A. § 25-1-1 et seq.);

(3)

Title 36 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 1191, as amended (36 CFR 1191); and

(4)

Standard Fire Prevention Code, as amended.
