§ 58-39. Review of tower and antenna erection by aviation division.

If, upon receipt of an application for the erection of any tower or alternative tower structure governed by this chapter, the department deems that the proposed structure may interfere with the use of the airways of the city or county by the public or interfere with the operation of existing or proposed airport facilities, then a copy of the application shall be submitted to the county airport division of the department of transportation for review and recommendation.
